CA Piresh Jain is the Senior Partner and founding pillar of Piresh Jain & Co. He enrolled as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in 1999 and has since built a distinguished career spanning over 25 years in professional practice.

He graduated from Ajmer University and holds a Diploma in Computer Science & System Audit (DISA) from ICAI. He also holds a Certificate in the 'Course On Concurrent Audits of Bank' from ICAI, reflecting his specialized knowledge in banking audits.

With more than 25 years of hands-on experience, CA Piresh Jain has developed deep expertise across a wide spectrum of professional services including Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit, Bank Audits, Taxation Management, Project Financing, Co-operative Societies, GST, and assessment cases before various authorities.

His contributions to the profession extend well beyond his practice. He served as the Chairman of the Bhilwara Branch of ICAI during 2021-22, providing leadership and direction to the local CA community. He is also a Member of the Corporate Laws & Corporate Governance Committee and served as a Managing Committee member of the Bhilwara Branch of ICAI from 2019 to 2022.

Rakesh Agarwal is associated with Piresh Jain & Co. as a Director in the GST and Accounting department. He is a Commerce graduate from Ajmer University and has been a vital part of the firm for over 15 years.

He brings extensive expertise in GST Returns, GST Audit, and Accounting, making him a key resource for clients navigating the complexities of indirect taxation and compliance. His thorough understanding of GST regulations ensures accurate filings and proactive advisory for the firm's clients.

CA Sunil Asawa is a Partner at Piresh Jain & Co. and an enrolled member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 1999. He also holds the Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA) from ICAI, equipping him with specialized knowledge in systems and technology-driven auditing.

He graduated from Ajmer University and has been in active professional practice for over 19 years. During this time, he has built a strong reputation for his expertise in Controllership, Business Operations, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Business Systems.

CA Ayush Jain is a Partner at Piresh Jain & Co. He graduated from the prestigious Sydenham Institute of Management Studies, Research and Entrepreneurship Education (Mumbai University) and completed his Chartered Accountancy from Mumbai, bringing a strong metropolitan professional perspective to the firm.

He has gained extensive exposure in Indian Accounting Standards, Auditing Standards, Concurrent Audits, Statutory Audits, International Taxation, Project Funding, Business Planning, Consultancy, GST, IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), ROC compliances, Finance, and Insolvency & Bankruptcy matters.

CA Ayush Jain also holds a Certificate in Fraud Detection and Forensic Accounting, as well as a certification in AI (Artificial Intelligence), reflecting his forward-thinking approach to leveraging modern tools and techniques in professional practice.

He actively manages work in the Firm and is known for always coming up with new ideas and innovative approaches to solving client challenges, driving the firm towards modern, technology-enabled practices.

CA Amisha Ajmera is a Partner at Piresh Jain & Co. She graduated from Ajmer University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

Prior to joining the firm, she worked in Mumbai where she gained valuable exposure to the Banking Industry. This experience has given her a strong foundation in financial processes, regulatory compliance, and the operational dynamics of the banking sector.
